Continuity. Ecosystem. Holistic Empowerment

Through Enatta 360, Enatta Foundation is building a movement that encourages giving, partnership, and shared commitment to the women who power our coastal economy.

What is Enatta 360?

Enatta 360 is a message of continuity and responsibility. It reminds us that true change happens when people choose to lift others, not just once, but consistently.

Through Enatta 360, Enatta Foundation is building a movement that encourages giving, partnership, and shared commitment to the women who power our coastal economy.

International Women’s Day 2026: Give to Gain

As part of the Enatta 360 initiative, Enatta Foundation is preparing a powerful International Women’s Day 2026 activation aligned with the global theme “Give to Gain.”

This activation will shine a light on fisherwomen and their stories while mobilizing partners, supporters, and philanthropists to invest in meaningful solutions that improve livelihoods, build resilience, and strengthen women-led coastal communities.

Partner With Us for IWD 2026

We are inviting philanthropists, individuals, brands, and institutions who share our vision to join Enatta 360. These partners will support specific causes that align with Enatta Foundation’s mission, helping to expand opportunities and create lasting impact for women across riverine communities.

Each partner will be featured as part of the Enatta 360 network, with a dedicated spotlight page showing their story, their cause, and the impact they are helping to create.

Causes We Support Through Enatta 360

1. Support Displaced Fisherwomen in Oworoshoki

Overview

In late 2025, large-scale demolitions in Oworoshoki, Kosofe Local Government Area, displaced thousands of families living along the waterfront. Many homes and small businesses were destroyed, leaving women, children, and elderly residents without shelter or stability.

Reports show that several demolitions happened late at night with little or no notice, forcing families to flee suddenly and sleep outdoors. The crisis has affected livelihoods, safety, and access to basic needs for fisherwomen who already depend on daily income from fishing and processing.

Through this cause, Enatta Foundation is raising support to help displaced fisherwomen rebuild their lives by providing shelter support, recovery assistance, and livelihood restoration.

Goal: Help fisherwomen regain stability and rebuild their homes and livelihoods.

2. Sponsor a Fisherwoman’s Child Education

Overview

Many fisherwomen struggle to afford school fees, uniforms, books, and basic learning materials for their children. As a result, some children miss school, drop out early, or never gain access to quality education.

At Enatta Foundation, we believe that empowering women must also include supporting the next generation. Some children even assist their mothers with record keeping and daily sales as part of our financial literacy program, showing strong potential if given the opportunity to learn.

This cause invites individuals and partners to sponsor a fisherwoman’s child, helping them access formal education and a brighter future.

Goal: Give children the chance to learn, grow, and break the cycle of poverty.

3. Expand Market Access for Fish and Seafood Products

Overview

Fisherwomen work hard to catch, process, and preserve fish, but many still lose income because there is not always a ready market. Sometimes, fish spoils even after preservation due to limited buyers, poor distribution systems, and lack of access to wider markets.

Better market access means more consistent income, less waste, and stronger financial stability for women and their families. It also reduces the pressure of repeated processing and helps women sell faster and earn more.

Through this cause, Enatta Foundation is working to connect fisherwomen to larger buyers, off-takers, and national and international markets.

Goal: Reduce fish spoilage and increase income by connecting women to wider markets.
