With over two decades of executive experience in business development, sales, finance, and marketing across technology, project management, retail, and oil & gas sectors, Mojisola brings critical strategic acumen to her foundation work. As Executive Director of Terra Energy Services, she has honed her expertise in steering organizational growth and fostering long-term sustainability, skills that directly inform her approach to poverty alleviation and systems-level change at Enatta Foundation.

Her commitment to empowering women extends beyond her board role. As an active member of Rising Tide Africa, a network of women angel investors, Mojisola supports female-led startups across the continent, reinforcing her dedication to creating pathways for women’s economic advancement. She has also lent her voice to critical conversations on Africa’s development, recently moderating a panel at the Lagos Business School Alumni Day conference on the role of cross-national corporations in the continent’s economic growth.
