Susan Banjo Oladosu is a Business Development Expert at Enatta Foundation, where she leverages her strategic insight and entrepreneurial experience to expand the Foundation’s reach and strengthen partnerships that empower women in riverine communities.
With an MBA in Marketing from Lautech and a Mini MBA from the International Finance Corporation, Susan brings a robust understanding of business strategy and market development to her work in social impact. Her academic foundation also includes an M.A. in Theatre Arts from the University of Lagos and a B.A. in Dramatic Arts from Obafemi Awolowo University, equipping her with creative problem-solving skills that enhance community engagement and program design.
A multi-award-winning entrepreneur, Susan has been recognized as a Top 50 Womenpreneur in Africa by Access Bank, a Top 3 Entrepreneur in Nigeria at the National Youth Entrepreneurship Award, and among the Top 100 Women in Nigeria by the U.S. Consulate’s Academy for Women Entrepreneurs. These accolades reflect her proven track record in building sustainable ventures and driving economic inclusion.
As the founder of AridunuBrand and SBO Foods, and through her NGO, IBIF, Susan has championed women’s entrepreneurship and advocated for the rights of the girl child. Her alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals on hunger and education mirrors Enatta Foundation’s holistic approach to community development.
Susan is committed to creating strategic collaborations that amplify impact and extend opportunities for artisanal fisherwomen to thrive economically and socially.
